Carter Estate Winery and Resort rests on 109 acres of pristine, California Certified Sustainable Vineyards. Guests are invited to experience an exquisite adventure of the palate, featuring tastes of our exclusive, limited-production, award-winning wines paired with the vibrant culinary flavors of our menu.

If you take a walk around our beautiful Temecula wine vineyards, you'll see a wide variety of different vines that are used to produce our award-winning wines. 

At Carter Estate Winery and Resort we grow and produce 90% of the wines we make. Our entire team takes sustainability seriously: The tranquil resort rests among the Carter family’s fully Certified California State Sustainable Vineyards, making it one of only 57 wineries in the state with this prestigious distinction. Currently we are working closely with the local Water District and the University of California Riverside on a multi-year study which will carefully measures the stress levels on grapes compared to water levels, and its impact on wine production.
